Our capabilities enable Henegan to offer clients the complete range of construction services, whether we are engaged as construction manager or general contractor.  We assemble a dedicated team of in-house professionals -- architects, engineers, construction experts, estimators, business managers, and information technology specialists -- to meet each project's particular requirements and to collaborate with the client on budgets, value-engineering, scheduling, and project construction.  Once construction is underway, experienced managers, field superintendents, and skilled craftsmen are responsible for executing the work with the care and attention to detail that are the hallmark of Henegan's service.

As CM, Henegan works with owners, owners' representatives, developers, tenants, architects, and engineers to coordinate and execute each project from conceptual design through completion.  We offer the full spectrum of services, often working with our client even before the project's  scope has been finalized, through pre-construction, construction, and beyond, until every need has been met and every issue resolved.  And because we maintain our own crews full-time, we can readily undertake smaller assignments and continue to serve our clients following project completion on an on-going or emergency basis.

Flexibility, constant and open communication, speedy response, and scrupulous attention to detail are the essentials for a successful project.  To meet those requirements, Henegan's Information Technology Department uses the latest electronic technology to support its operations and administrative procedures and practices.  A fully-integrated computer network and communications system ties Henegan's headquarters to its project field offices -- and, as needed, to other project team members and to the client -- via the Internet or direct connection.  We developed and employ a proprietary reporting system that details budgets, schedules, and costs and can be customized to meet a client's particular needs.
